CPR & AED Classes

Nobody wants to think about their child or loved one being in danger. I teach caregivers to feel prepared and confident to handle emergencies. This course is ideal for expectant and new parents, grandparents, and other caregivers.

Infant CPR Class (in your home)

- For babies under 1 year -

This class is designed specifically for parents, caregivers and babysitters.
 

This class will provide you with the skills and confidence to turn a life-threatening situation into a lifesaving one. This could be the most important class you'll ever take. In this 1 1/2 hour class you will learn:


• Infant CPR
• Relief of Foreign Body Airway Obstruction ( Choking )

 

CHILD CPR Class (in your home)

- For kids ages 1 - 8 -


This class is designed specifically for parents of kids ages 1 to 8. Having ambulatory little ones can be nerve wrecking. With potential dangers lurking around every corner, it is best to be equipped with knowledge of what to do in case of an emergency. CPR for children ages 1 through puberty.


• Basic child (1 year of age through 8) CPR
• Techniques to help your child in a breathing or cardiac emergency


AED (Automated External Defibrillator) Class

 

How to use an AED. An AED, or automated external defibrillator, is used to help those experiencing sudden cardiac arrest. It's a sophisticated, yet easy-to-use, medical device that can analyze the heart's rhythm and, if necessary, deliver an electrical shock, or defibrillation, to help the heart re-establish an effective rhythm.
